---Open the Presets tab and tap the + button. Give it a name (3–16 characters), set the number of stations and rounds, configure durations and audio, then save. You can have up to 4 presets.
On the Home tab, select a preset or use the quick-start controls, set the participant count, and tap Start. The timer opens automatically.
Before the first workout phase begins, the app counts down using your Transition Warning duration. Use this time to get participants in position.
---Tap the screen during an active session to reveal the controls overlay. Use Pause to freeze the countdown and Stop to end the session early. Stopped sessions are not saved to history.
When the countdown enters the transition warning window, the screen flashes to give participants a heads-up that the phase is about to end. The warning duration is configurable per preset.
After the last station of any non-final round, the rest period is automatically doubled. This gives participants extra recovery time before the next round begins.
---Some apps (Mail, Spotify, phone calls) can interrupt the audio session. Return to Kruhač and it will reactivate automatically. If audio still does not play, force-quit and reopen the app.
Yes. Kruhač is configured to mix with background audio — beeps and go-signals play on top of whatever is playing without pausing or ducking it.
Open a preset in the Presets tab and change the Beep Style and Go Signal settings. Each preset can have its own audio configuration.
---All data (presets, session history, settings) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Nothing is uploaded to any server.
Delete the app from your device. All data is removed permanently with no server copy to worry about.
Only if you have iCloud or iTunes device backup enabled — in that case your data is included in your device backup. That backup is controlled entirely by you and Apple.
